“My Sister’s Keeper” is a financial literacy educational forum designed for all the stages of your financial life. Our chapter host an Economically Empowering Women to Financial Literacy and Legacy Luncheon on an annual basis. The financial literacy initiative is designed to provide access to management and investment tools as well as other financial resources through a panel presentation at the luncheon. It is followed by a series of four interactive workshops throughout the year.
The workshops cover topics such as critical retirement planning, investing in variable annuities, how to select a financial planner, what questions we as women should ask when selecting a planner and much more… The panel speakers include recognized and respected names in the financial services industry. This initiative allows individuals to connect with one another, but also allows our peers to learn more about financial literacy and economic empowerment.
